[Vanilla] Solution to lag + potential deadly trap [Snapshot 1.11]

    This could be a solution to lag, if there was a way to exempt players from it. Hit me with your thoughts.

    You put many mobs in a whole and cause a player to fall into it.

    Probably wont be an issue for the server given
    - Bug will get ironed out before the release
    - Seems like they are testing out the mob spawning rule

    It would essentially fix entity lag, but other types not so much.

    Might be years til the server even gets 1.11

    Very true.
    That is the kind of lag I was talking about. And honestly, it's the major cause of lag in the server (At least Net)
    Testing? It's already in the latest snapshot, usually what gets added to snapshots will be added in the final releases.
    What bug?

    Will fix lag... but it will make it easier to kill people on the server, meaning more things will get stolen and more people will be looted
