its worth 26 spawners but to go through the trouble of selling them would make it worth 28 i would say.
(this is assuming 22 grass=1 diamond & 6 diamonds=1 spawner)

As Zephyr said its worth more and it will take some time to sell those spawners so its more work for me. Not saying thats bad but you would have to up the spawners for it, and im saying make another offer.
