What languages do you speak? English and Swedish fluently. I can also understand the sibling languages Norwegian and Danish. Some Spanish and Romanian.

Do you have 2FA enabled? Yes

Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? Yes. I can capture screenshots and know how to log them correctly. If needed, I can use a video capturing software.

Why do you think you should become a mod? The biggest reason would be because I already know what to do, how to do it and I'm in no need from training. After years of moderating, I can say I'm pretty comfortable in the field. The next equally big reason is that there are no mods on 99% of the time I'm online, and lately I've been on pretty much non-stop.
Thirdly, I know people will frown upon this, given they know how I am most of the time. However, when I have a job to do, I do it properly. That's how I've always done it. I wouldn't say my behaviour as a mod is comparable with my behaviour as a normal player.
Fourthly, I would claim I'm the most trustworthy there is. I have great respect for the integrity of the position, as showed by my ability to use the privilege of being a moderator, having creative mode and safekeeping ores post-resignation. Nothing ever fell into the wrong hands.

How long can you be active on the server everyday? Several hours. It may change in the future, as I'm searching for a job. But even then, I should be able to spare hours after work.

How long have you been playing Skyblock? Since August 2012.

Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) Only times I can recall were requested bans. Otherwise, no.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator? As mentioned before, I've had years of experience. I have worked with two networks of my own, one of which is now in progress. So I know how to be responsible and can take my job seriously.

Do you meet the requirements for staff? I believe I'm the most qualified for the position.

Extra You may be wondering why I'm applying.
To answer your question; the last time I quit, I asked Cypriot to deny me, if I ever were to ask for the position again. I believe applying is more fair and wouldn't be considered a gift of privilege.
I'm also expecting to begin from the rank of TMod, and not get SMod back instantly. Further more, I'm looking forward to working my way back up to my previous rank.
