IMPORTANT PLEASE HELP!

I bought donor25 and 4 spawners on Wednesday(13.7.16) around 5pm. At 01:21am on Thursday(14.7.16)
I got this :

I haven’t recieved anything and am really worried! Please help me!

 

Do exactly what the message stats..
Contact a staff member or administrator.
Although Cyp and Crew are rarely online, good luck.. :/

 

As Telefone said, your best bet is to message Cyp or Crew. However, you'll probably have more luck with Cyp. The most important thing in this situation is to be patient. You won't get your items right away, because both Cyp and Crew are very busy.

Your best luck is CypriotMerks, but please follow the format located here and copy and paste it in and follow the questions. For that transaction ID I suggest making it hidden so only staff members can see it. Here is an example,

[Hide.] Hello 123 [/Hide.]

Type your message in between the 2 hides. Also, take out the periods after the word Hide, it's only an example so it doesn't work. For the transaction ID, post a screenshot in there with either a link to the screenshot or the screenshot itself in between the hide's.

Also, is this on ORG on NET?
