I was once staff at FNaFServer, but was removed from the staff team when the server was remade after a staff member went rouge and attacked it.

Add the times you think you will be online. Add more detail and the good qualities you have. Add the moderator commands you know. Other than that, try adding a introduction and such. No support for now, good luck!
