I think you have to wait till he gets on if you look at staff members then scroll all the way down till you see active members or online members and if it has his profile pic he is on BTW last night he was on

 

It can take a while for Cyp to get your message, you will have to hold tight. It took one month for Drogo to get his code and, only got it when Drogo found Cyp in game and messaged him.
For now, best you message a mod (smod be best) in game and ask them to confirm your forum name with Cyp.
As you can imagine people can easily impersonate you with a forums account so you need to confirm your forum name while in game playing on the winning account.

Cyp set up a mail about a month ago and sent the coupon code through your mail. Do /mail read on net and it should be there. That's were. I got mine at least

 

Thank you I got it lol. Does anyone know if I can use the code to buy a friend a donor rank and then use the rest for myself? Does the code work that way or can I only use it once?

 

Drogo is pretty sure you can only use the coupon for one transaction only as it states it is for UP TO $25. So only for a single account. You have to spend it all at once, so don't buy a $10 wood kit and then something else as it will all be used in the first transaction. fill your trolley to the full $25 value (or more, you pay the balance) and then apply the coupon code.
Drogo is not 100% sure this is the case but best to play it safe.
