Actually, I think that you are talking to me but I would just like to say that I think that I would do really well as a moderator. I could help people really fast and can take that responsibility and wouldn't be immature. But thank you for your feedback.

 

Thank you for your feedback. I have been in skyblock a lot resently. I did the command to see how long I was on and it said 8 hours and i was like and Since I am not a mod, and so on, I can't really do much to help and thats part of the reason I want to be a mod. I am also invovled on Forums as much as I can. Again, I can't do much since I am only a greenie and I would prefer to have a chance at being mod so I can show my capability to help people.

First off, I've never seen you online, but that's probably my timezone since we have a time difference of 15 hours. So, I can't really comment on your activity or how you handle things much as I have not seen it myself.
However you do seem a bit new to forums so I suggest you try to help other players out in the help section on the forums.

Secondly

you state that you're online "24 7", but

here you state that you're online in-game for a maximum of 2 hours per day during school days.
So, I'm a bit curious are you online "24 7" or 2 hours max per day?

The last thing that I'm going to say is that when you reply to other players' reply try to reply then in one reply message and not multiple ones because it seems like you're trying to increase your post count. It also makes your application look "cleaner" as some others say.

For now I'll say Neutral.
For me, I like to see how others work in game rather than on forums.
So, I'll save my Support or No Support until I see how you do things in game

I appreciate the time you took to write this. It really does help a lot. As I have said before...when you said that you would like to see me put more effort in the forums or help a little bit more, well, again, thats hard since I don't have an account that is donor or something like that. I do help out in questions people have but further more, I still can't help in-game like mods do. Also, what I meant by 24 7 is that I can play 24 7 on weekends or during summer. Sorry, I should have mentioned that. Plus, thanks for letting me know where an error was. People have been bugging me about that and I was looking for like 13 minutes and read it like 4 times. Thanks you for your time and I will fix all the mistakes I can. I do try my best to help out as much as I can because that makes me feel good but again, thats why I want to be moderator. Ok so I also should have mentioned this in my application but when I help people, I do it with /msg. A TON of people always say "never see you help" well thats because I message them so I CAN help them. Not so I can put it in chat so maybe they will see it. But anyways, thanks for your feedback.

How does any of this relate to being a Moderator, sir? You have over 600 words here describing how much you enjoy tricking people into /trust'ing you and then building elaborate things on their islands that they may or may not want.

Remove anything about how much you like to edit people's stuff without them knowing. No matter how many people like what you've done this is a horrific thing to put on a job application sir.

But you do it anyway and then delight in recording their reactions. Remove all of this, sir.

Pro tip:
If you spend 800 words explaining why your job qualification might get you banned you are not listing a good quality. REMOVE IT.​

Let's start with the obvious: If you become a TMod the people you are accusing of never being online will be your teammates. They might remember you talking s**t about how they don't do enough. Think about that, sir.

Moving on:
"I am on basically 24 7 and only see a mod or for maybe 4 hours a day" -- Even if I were being generous I would still call B.S. on this statement, sir. You are not online 24/7, I have been writing this review for 3 hours now and haven't seen you even once. However I have seen Krissy Finical and Km for pretty much the entire time. Please reconsider your statement.

"If I was a mod. I could help them ALL day" -- You are pledging to be online literally all day, every single day, with no breaks. This means you can never go to the bathroom, sleep, attend school (or work) or even briefly switch to checking the forums. This does not work; even the best people need downtime. Please reconsider your statement.

"I could help them right away, get rid of the griefer or scammer, and they would have all their stuff back since I would just give them mine" -- You are committing yourself to personally resupplying every single player from your own personal items. While I applaud your ambition I am not sure this is possible.

Your schedule does not match what you list above here, sir.

You will be online a lot during summer vacation, but then when school is in session you will only be available for 1 (or perhaps 2) hours a day. While your schedule is not bad I would like to point out your pledge is to be online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, sir. According to this schedule when school begins you will basically vanish.

Please rewrite your schedule to be more realistic. Or edit your statements above to be more in line with what you can provide, your choice.

Or just ignore me, sir. These reviews are pretty worthless.

Thank you for the back story involving using your friend's account to play. This is very interesting but it doesn't help your job application, sir. Simply list that you have been playing for about four years-- that is pretty impressive all by itself.

Sidenote: May I see that island? I would dearly enjoy taking a tour of an island that has been actively built up for the last four years, sir. You must have a ton of amazing things created by now: Please PM me the details, thank you.

Please cut this down to "Yes, one time for scamming someone four years ago".

You do not need to go into incredibly detailed justifications for how badly you behaved four years ago, sir. Everyone not involved (your readers) doesn't need to know. Anyone who was involved (Moderators) has probably forgotten. Why bring up the messy little details?

NO. The answer is: NO, you do not have any experience.

Suggestion: Do you have any real world experience? For example are you on the school's debate team? Are you captain of any sports group, or perhaps study monitor for your class? Any experience handling groups of people and making them behave would work very well here, sir. Stories about how one time you accidentally saw all of the Moderator commands do nothing to assist you.

Do not disqualify yourself in your own qualification. "Kind: I like to think I am kind" made me reflexively choke the nearest person into unconsciousness. Since I was alone at the time this led to a rather awkward moment.

Kindness is nice, but unnecessary.

Either you have a quality or you do not have it. Stop listing your good traits and then completely chickening out with "I think maybe I have..." statements, sir. If you take the time to write down something you think is a good Moderator quality then at least be confident when explaining it.

We're done here. Skipping this qualification-- This is the third time you have listed something you think is good about yourself and then pulled the "I think I have this" bit.

Why are you doing this? Replace your "I think I have" statements with something like "I demonstrate _______ every day when I log on" or something similar.

This changes your statement from I think I am respectful to something stronger like I demonstrate respect by speaking politely to all players. Do you see the difference, sir?

Bias is having good or bad feelings towards a particular viewpoint. This has nothing to do with telling people who are violating rules to stop what they are doing.

How is "Hey just don't to that" and "Hey please stop" different...? Both of those statements rely on the other person to stop themself. You are not doing anything to correct the behavior. "/kick <name> Warning 1/2 - No spamming" is taking action.

Skipping -- You only think you have this quality. Please rephrase to state you are friendly (and why).

When you get it, you'll understand.​

You list "Mature" and then go into extreme detail about why you are not mature, sir. Correct this.

"I am not that person that is so mature that they can't cheer them up" -- This phrase in particular made me want to send a condolence card to your English teacher.

This entire paragraph is confusing: Are you mature? Are you not? What is going on? Can you rewrite?

In the politest way possible I would like to point out you have typed an awful lot of text without giving a lot of reasons to hire you for this position. Almost all of the things you list as "qualities" you immediately explain that you are not sure you actually have them. This makes it rather difficult to support you.

Please revise your job application, sir. If you need help with phrasing please let me know, I will be happy to point out and help rewrite sections if you are willing to do so. Please let me know when you revise this so I can update my support status as necessary. Best of luck, sir.

Ok so some of you are right, I haven't been on for the past couple of days and maybe 2 weeks but that is because I am moving and have been REALLY busy since the guy that owned our house didn't completely take care of it. It is going to take about 4-6 MONTHS to finish rebuilding the house and I have had to help my parent work on it. I will start playing more now (I hope) but I will do my best. Also, why does everyone "Think" helping someone build someone they want me to build for them, is a bad thing. I get their permission and take care of their stuff. I'm NOT I repeat NOT that kind of person that would do anything bad. I'll take that out of my app and the reason I put it in there was to show people that I like to help people, not go behind their backs and do stuff to them. Thanks for cussing at me a load of times, it really meant a lot. I'll take some stuff out but next time can you PLEASE be a little nicer the way you put things.

 

Changing to no support

 

Can you give me a reason why you want to change to no suport other than just saying it, I would prefer you to tell me something so I know what to do to fix it. Also so I know you aren't just trying to get messages.
