Just my opinion but I think you should add more to the application. For people who don't know you, the information provided is insufficient for them to decide whether you'd be fit for the position or not. Aside from that, support, I know you're a good person with good intentions.
I'm fairly new to the forums, but even so, I've looked at quite a few moderator applications. A general trend is descriptiveness and precision, and I really don't see any of that in this. I'm not saying make this longer by just adding filler words and stuff that no one cares about, but I mean like go into more depth about why you want to be staff, make the staff team really believe that you want to give the time and effort in order to run the server. Not saying you'd be a crap staff member, but from what I understand, staff members are picked because they really stand out from the rest of the applications, and just because you were a mod on the .org doesn't mean at all that you get off the hook of writing a detailed and descriptive application.
