[iiMytyii] Potential Gold Farming [Sakura] [Denied]

I dont see how i was banned for a "gold farm"? this makes no sense to me. pretty annoyed at this and at that zeverious chick. Dont see why she send me a snap chat of a nether portal and said banned? she hates me cause i wouldnt give her one of my 30 spawners that i bought with my card. dont see why this "gold farm" is pinned on me or how i contributed to it. pretty dumb that no one confronted me first and asked me about a "GOLD FARM". You listen to one person and it gets pinned to me. Zeverious thanks for hating me? i shouldnt be banned. SakuraWolf

 

please show me this "proof" that it is mine and i built it??

 

Before you start pointing fingers and pinning blame on others, take a moment to realize that this is a ban appeal where youre able to get the ban overturned. If this was a misunderstanding on my part, then I sincerely apologize. However, with evidence that I found, I strongly believe that you had some contribution to this either in the past or presently. So lets go ahead and get to that.

Now, I know that you have/had some association with Arnold at some point considering you were/are trusted on his island.

Another compelling bit of information that weighed heavily on decisions that I took in this situation were the spawners that you mentioned. After doing some investigating in and around the gold farm, I found a chest that contained all of the spoils from the farm, and additionally, 26 spawners.

I find it rather coincidental, is all.

But this is all speculation. With this being the first time Ive been able to talk to you about it (or even have had knowledge of it), it puts both of us in a somewhat difficult situation. So the first thing that I think I'd as is do you have any association with Arnold and this gold farm?

 

Those are my spawners correct. she must of left them there. i did have association with her before yes. but that was only cause she hellped me build my islands play ground thats why her name is on that. cause she built it. thats all. how ever i have no idea when that ender portal was put there. can you please unban me so i can see this and talk to yall on the server.

 

I see. Well, currently orgs actually down, so our only shot of talking through this is right here. So you had no idea when the farm was even constructed? As for the spawners, are those the same 30 spawners you were talking about earlier?

 

yes maam they sure are. and not sure when that farm was constructed

honestly not idea. cause she hasn't be on for awhile im pretty sure. not sure if she was on recently or what. and i only had 4 for a little bit. but sold those 4 to sonnung.

Krissy i will not be involved in gold farming again. I Amit I saw the portal but did not farm off it. This reason why my spawners being on the island. I use the island for other uses like stone gen and wood gen ect. So yea I didn't farm it or report it cause I was Affraid my red stone machines would all just be erased. SakuraWolf

 

Thank you for ultimately coming clean. The portals have been taken down and the remaining gold contents from that chest have been confiscated. The rest of the island, and your redstone machines, have not and will not be touched. I still find it a bit off that you had your spawners in the chest containing all of the gold swords, nuggets, and ingots. So Ill ask you one more time, can I have your word that you never, not past nor present, used the gold farm for your own gain. I do know that you sold a good amount of gold to a player shortly before your ban. Knowing that, it leads me to believe you used the farm, even if for a little bit gold. So, can I have your word that you didn't?

 

SakuraWolf i did sell gold that I found in the chest. I didn't not use the farm and collect gold tho. I just grabbed gold I found in the chest and sold some. But you have my word that I did not kill Pig man for gold.

 

Alright, well, I've come to the decision that you will wait out the rest of your ban. Consider it your warning to 1. Report something when you know it's not right. You could have always talked to the moderator who handled the situation about the red stone machines - you would have never been in this situation if you had done that. And 2. Never sell items that could have been gained illegally.

All obsidian and gold found in and around the farm has been confiscated as well.
