[seventofive] Scamming [Blyx][Inactivity]

• Why do you think you should be unbanned? Here is my version of the story: I was going to sell the beacon for once, that I've gotten from the easter drop party. People took me as a noob and offered super low prices including god items etc. Finally I had found someone that wouldnt try ripping me off, and was going to pay me 150 diamonds. I was getting ready to do the deal, and even got a mod to watch [ Blyx ]. We had decided that this was going to take place on Lemonade's island, not for a specific reason, just because that it was the first that I had thought about. Me and Jbnorman both agreed on dropping the items to the mod watching, so she then could do the deal for us. I dropped my beacon and blyx took it up and later gave me the diamonds. I was very happy that I finally had sold the beacon, and I returned to my island and put it all in my chest. I was very happy about this, so I had to "celebrate" , and went off for a couple of minutes to get a drink and when I came back a couple, which must have been only 5 minutes later, I was banned. I was very confused because I had traded everything legit and without a scam, even with a mod watching. How can I possibly get banned for scamming when it was the mods responsiblity to trade the items between us, and when everything went well? No one complained and I had gotten the diamonds. Now I am perm banned from the server!

Hello there, seventofive. Thank you for the appeal.

When you dropped the beacon, you deliberately dropped it in the opposite direction to myself. When I went to pick up the beacon, it was picked up by someone else, a presumably invisible player.

When I looked up your chest logs after the scam, I found that you had put the diamonds into the chest on your island, and a player named SkyblockShop had removed them. This player also had the beacon.

The diamonds were turned into blocks, of which we have managed to recover 5. Do you have any idea where the other 11 blocks, and 6 diamonds may be?

 

As I said up above, as you were the mod watching over the deal, I didnt think a scam would be possible. I dropped the beacon on the ground in front of you so I easily could see if everything would work out just fine, which it did, at least what I saw of it. You dropped me the diamonds, which then had proven that you must have gotten the beacon, which then gave me the sign "everything worked out well"- So I left to my island, put the diamonds in my chest, went off.

SkyblockShop is an older friend of me. I used to know him when his name were Kaktus_Mannen (you can look up that in nam history etc). We had played before and he seemed and is a very nice guy. When he then changed name to SkyblockShop, for his older brother mostly, he changed, didnt play with me and started focusing on getting rich and getting rares, as he told me. After this I kept him trusted as I will always trust him, and he would never scam anyone.
