Hello there After recently going over bills of the last 2 years, i noticed a purchase to this company. Now i believe it may have been my 8 year old son and he has spent a total of $50 dollars worth of money which i would appreciate if you could remove whatever he brought and that we could gain the money back as he did not have permission to use mine or my wifes card to buy this "rank". Would this be possible?
To add to what was said above. If a refund would take place, your son would get banned from the server, meaning they wouldn't be able to join back until the $50 dollars was repayed.
Okay, well i'm not really bothered as towards whether he gets "banned" due to the fact that the money should never have been spent so if he wants to reinstate himself on the server he can pay me when he has some money, which he does not, so is this possible to do please? Also, will it be a problem as the credit card used is no longer in use as that is why we have been looking over our bills as we have recently switched from nationwide to Santander?
Unfortunately not exactly. If you do take back the money, your (child?) will be permanently banned from the server and legal laws will occur etc. Hope this gets resolved for you, good luck :c
You cannot get your money returned. It was a donation to our server and clearly states in our terms and conditions that you will not get a refund. We are not responsible for how a donation is made. Once it is made, it is not refundable. That is on you. On this note if you attempt to forcefully gain your money back your son will be banned off our server but also you may risk legal action to reclaim the funds back. In short there is no way to get your funds back without a negative consequence on your part. All you can do is get your son to work off the debt. Has this answered your query?
It's not really a purchase. It's more of a donation as the title states. As such the owner does not do refunds. The money has probably already been spent to keep the server running. I'm terribly sorry.
Also just adding on, I have reason to believe you are lying about the above and making an excuse to get your money back. You have tried before. Here is a profile post: Sean | Skyblock Forums And here we find a thread. Donation Cashback | Skyblock Forums Which I closed with similar reason as above.
That would appear that my son has attempted to get the funds back after realizing what he has done. i guess i have no choice but to ban him from using his laptop until he has done enough work to repay this. Thank you for your time
But what makes it weird that "Hello there, unfortunatly due to the fact i am at unviversity now.I do not have any time in which i can keep consistantly playing on minecraft and skyblock. I come on maybe once a month now." your son is 8 years old and how in the hell would he be in university.
