Okay. I joined in December 2015. I don't have experience of dewy being a mod, and I was not present in the "carrot incident". From what I have seen of dew, she is a friendly, awesome, and mature person. Worthy of mod. The past is the past. I personally believe that people shouldn't be based on their past.
