Adding to what Fun said, you threw a huge fit about Boss getting mod. You need to be more mature, and I wouldn't rate other people's posts in your own mod application. It's their opinion. You are way too sensitive, and you get mad quite often. Most of your statuses are like this "OMG BOSS GOT MOD IM SO MAD I WANT IT TOO. NOW IM GONNA MAKE A NEW APPLICATION GO CHECK IT OUT," or something like that.

 

I was happy about boss, just I got my hopes up for us 2 getting promoted together

I don't understand why you formatted your application like that. It is unpleasant for reading. Too much information that is unnecessary for the application. Sometimes more is better, not this case. I don't see you active at all.
