Introduction!Hello my name is fluffymonser209 but my real name is Abbie.I'm a 13 year old female and come from the United Kingdom.I love playing Minecraft and love meeting new players as I play and I love to make new friends. I have chosen to apply for Moderator tonight as I feel as I want to challenge myself with new aspects of jobs because I have never worked on a SkyBlock server before.I look forward to meeting all of you that I see and thank you for taking your time to read my application. =)

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?)
Nope as of today I have never been banned on the server or received any warnings.
Why do you think you should be a mod?
I'm very confident and I'm not afraid to speak to people on the server.I know all the rules on the server as I've looked at them around 4-5 times.I give anyone that needs help the help they need I'm confident when it comes to banning or muting someone and most importantly I take everyones views and opinions across other just than my own or donators.Everyone is the same.I know all the commands needed to give someone a punishment (/Kick,/Tempmute,/Permmute,/Tempban,/Permban)I have never been warned,kicked or banned for anything.(I feel as since I have a clean record I set a good role model for other users and new players in the community)I'm never afraid to try and succeed my goal and my goal right now is to try and get Moderator.I always answer questions responsibly and maturely.I have been on this server for around 6 months now and I fully understand how this server is run and what to do on it.I'm not full of my self nor do I lack confidence either.I know how to give someone a warm welcome and guide them through the server.When ever there is an update I always make sure I know what has been included in the update off by heart so I can tell everyone else.I play on NoobCrew's servers daily (Such as Mineverse,Skywars and the two Skyblock servers.)I know how to remove spam bots on servers and I know how to detect hacks very easily due to my knowledge of working on other servers.I also know extra commands such as /tp,/tphere,/tpo,/tpohere and /invsee.When I go on the server I always see people breaking the rules and no one on to do stuff about it with me as a staff member I could be on to make sure the server is clean and child friendly for the younger players.I know every illegal trade on the server off by heart and could tell someone easily what is a illegal trade and what's not.As I know about the illegal trades on the server I wouldn't recommend sending someone to /warp illegal as I know this warp is outdated.I love new and old players on the server and I accept everyone I always love helping and I love guiding new players through players SkyBlock.
Traits I have for being a Moderator;
My maturity-
I'm 13 and very mature for my age,being mature is really important for a staff member as it shows they know how to deal with situations appropriately and calmly and doesn't include any inappropriate comments on an opinion or an argument.

My beneficial ideas-
I always come up with exciting and new ideas for any server so that anyone and everyone can be happy on the server I find new and exciting ways of playing on it.My ideas also bring in new players and give them a nice warm welcome as they come into the Skyblock server community!
Honesty-
When I go onto the server I always see people lie about stuff they have done eg.griefing/spamming/stealing.I have never lied on the server before about what I have done.I would always own up to what I have done if I have done something wrong.
Trust-worthy-
I'm a very trust-worthy person for Moderator since I have been Moderator before I know exactly what I'm doing and can be trusted to perform the most difficult of tasks.
Fast typer-
I'm a fast typer in general this is very useful when multi tasking and dealing with a lot of peoples issues.
Knowing the rules-
To be a good Moderator you first must know the rules in which I do I have read them 5 times to know exactly what I'm doing and saying to people.
Detect hacks easily-
From being a Moderator on so many different servers I know from experience when someone is hacking and when it's just pure lag this is useful for making judgements of punishments.

I'm helpful:
I love helping by answering questions and solving issues players have and I always ask in chat if anyone needs help.

Fairness-
If one of my family members or friends were to have an argument with another user or broke one of the rules I would treat them both the same.I treat the rules on a server as if I were a policewoman in forcing the rules of a country.
Having fun-
The main reason I want to moderate on the server is because I love doing it and I have fun doing it.I love to make people happy and I love to ensure a server is a suitable environment for everyone.
I know a lot of people who moderate-
As being a moderator on different servers I know a lot of people who are Moderators and a lot of them are my best friends.If I ever get stuck on something I can ask them what to do and they will help me and guide me.
I'm organised:
Everything I do on the server I always record in a notebook (this includes bans,mutes)I also keep a list of rules and commands with me.

My knowledge-
I have been a moderator,admin and helper on a variety of servers.Since I have been staff member on different servers I have experience on pretty much any gamemode on Minecraft and any community on Minecraft also.I know how to catch fly hackers out and any kind of hackers,I know a lot about the commands used in Minecraft knowing the commands in Minecraft is really important in my personal opinion.

Active-
I havn't been really active lately because my PC has been broke but I've always popped in to see how the server is doing (On my cousins account).Since I'm available on Minecraft 4-5 hours a day on a school night and 8-10 hours on a weekend I will always spend at least 2 hours a day on the server and answer any questions about the server and ban hackers,scammers ect.

I can take criticism-
One thing I can do on a server and in real life is take criticism I believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion but if it goes to far as in abuse then I do not take it very easily.I believe taking criticism from other users is important because you will get a lot of players criticising you for everything and you got to be prepared to not lash out when they give it to you

Good Attitude-
When I enter a Minecraft server I always have a positive and happy attitude towards any user that I speak with.I never rage and I barely ever become angry and I can take peoples opinions that are directed to me in a responsible way.

Responsible-
I'm very responsible for getting jobs done and handling situations that are way out of my control.Whenever someone asks me to do something I do it first and make sure it is always my number one priority.
Serious-
I always take the role of Moderator as no laughing matter as it can become quite serious and time consuming.
Calm-
I'm very calm in certain situations and I know how to do something in a calm sensible order and still look professional doing it.
Patience-
As Moderator patience is something you need to have daily as I have a lot of patience I feel as though I could wait for something to be resorted by itself or do it my self.
Unbiased-
I'm unbiased on everything and never support one thing as I know something as equally as important or safisticated is on the other side.Being unbiased is especially good as it prevents arguing and abuse.

I think before I speak-
If I were to take the role as Moderator I know what 3 seconds could do to your Moderator role if you don't take at least 30 seconds to think about the punishment the consequences could be dramatic I always think about what the user has done in order of a punishment and what kind of punishment he/she should have.

Approachable-
I'm very approachable and friendly on any servers I can easily make friends and I always make sure I can make people feel secure and confident when speaking to me.I'm very approachable as I generally speak to new and old members of the servers without ease.I find this helps when someone wants to talk to me.

Friendly-
I'm very friendly and confident to any user I see.I never start arguments and I never deny the request of feedback.
Observant-
I'm very observant and aware of chat and everyone/everything which is going on around me.I can easily detect the use of bad language,homophobic slurs,racism,sexual content and encouragements of suicide.

Easy to contact-
I can be contacted very easily via Skype or TeamSpeak but I only give my Skype to other staff members.The name I usually go by on TeamSpeak is fluffymonster209 as I feel that if I have my IGN people will recognise me more easily.

Fast learner-
I'm a really fast learner and can learn stuff really easily and remember it.I can pick up what people are saying quickly and give them advice on what I have learnt.

Respectful-I'm very respectful of people and never judge them of what people have told me and the rumours that have been spread about them.This is the same in real life.Even if the rumours were trust everyone is different and if they were bad it must've been a long time ago so it doesn't matter.
Good at multi-tasking-
I can do many things at the same time and handle many issues at once so I can take the weight of other staff members.

How long can you be active on the server every day?
As I said in the "Active" sections up above I can be on the server at least 2 hours on a school night and around 8 hours on a Weekend.(On Mondays,Wednesdays and Fridays I have boxing so I will be on a little later)Here is my timetable:

These times can vary if I'm busy in real life,have an illness or doing boxing training.

That could change if you work on your forum spending. Try to be more active on forums and in-game as well. I'm not sure if you're a greenie or not, but helping out does positively help you. Application wise, it's ok.

Thank you my PC has been broke for 2 months that's why you probably havn't seen me active but I'm now on and very active on forums,in-game and TeamSpeak!

Any advice or criticism is greatly appreciated (cannot add on the application due to 15,000 character max)
