    5. Why do YOU think you were banned? : Because Kherana thinks I was involved in selling an island i helped build illegally.
    6. Was this an incorrect ban?: depends who you ask
    7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? : No
    8. Why do you think you should be unbanned?: Because i have never broken any rules on the server nor do i plan to. I also was not a wear of any illegal island trade, I was told XYZ, about the selling of an island I helped Make and was not coop or owner of. I was payed then went back to my island to continue building. If you have any further questions feel free to PM me here or ingame.

    The original post in the trade thread listed you as one of the sellers of the island, and also said that you were one of the coop members. Now you are saying you were never in coop. I'm not sure which one to believe. What was your involvement with that island?

    I didn't say I was never coop, while creating the island I was a coop, but for months I have been solo. I was listed because I was meant to make the thread but JSX beat me too it and when I voiced anger he added my name, in my hope that people could make me offers and not only him.

    Appon getting on the other day JSX told me the offer and I said okay, I was paid and went on my merry way, assuming he took care of the details while I cleared my chests.

    Im not sure, I was on the island while they were talking, I went to go get food cause they were taking forever and my half was in my inventory when I came back, so it could have been either one.

    I didn't bother to ask nor cared because why should I? I was paid what was the correct amount, I was not the owner. and like I said, I was told XYZ so I assume everything would be taken care of. So I went back to my IS and continued building.

    Not anymore, I added the diamonds to the rest of mine, which are blocks.

    Okay, I can check with the chestaccess logs for diamonds on the island to see how much you were paid. I won't be able to get in game until after work later this evening. It was only in diamonds and no other items?

    I haven't decided how to handle this yet but refunding both parties might be an option, so that is why I need to know what was paid for it. The alternative is that mods destroy all of the dirt and grass on the island.

    Look, I should not be banned for ignorance nor lies I never said, you may handle this how you please because you are the Super Moderator. If you want to destroy the legit grass we earned and placed, fine, but then I would take that up with the new owner because you are making the trade legal by doing so. If you are refunding, that is a different conversation to be had.

    I mean no disrespect by this post but as of now I have no reason to be perm banned.

    I don't think you will be permbanned, but there are still some questions left unanswered.
    Was your payment in diamonds only?
    Who is the new owner of the island?

    I fell these questions can be answered without me being banned, I will cooperate for i have nothing to hide.
    I received only diamonds.
    I don't know, I was left out of the loop.

    So this is the information I have from your perspective.
    - you were not in the coop, but helped to build the island before you left the coop several months ago
    - you were paid in an unknown amount of diamonds left in a chest on the island that was sold
    - you do not know the name of the buyer

    You need to be patient about the ban. I said it will not be permanent but I did not say i would unban you immediately. You were involved in the sale of an island containing a large number of illegal items, and received payment for it.

    There is no record of you receiving any diamond payment via chest on that island. The only recent diamond transaction was you taking 3 diamonds out of a chest that you already owned. Are you sure you were paid on that island?

    Oh I see, I misread. Your story seems consistent with the logs. I will unban you now. In the future if you decide to sell an island please check with a mod first, and you will be asked to remove all illegal items before the trade occurs.

    Also as I stated above I did not sell an island, I received payment for an island I helped build and lived on for my first few months on .net
