Neutral Rating

    I think there should be a nutral rating for suggestion threads, in addition to the positive/negative ones.

    No support. I think if one is feeling neutral, he/she could simply avoid rate the post. There isn't really the need for something that is basically telling somebody "I'm not supporting you nor saying that you are wrong". I doubt that lots of people would use kt if it was added...

    Genuinely see no purpose. Positive/negative make sense because that is showing if the community wants or does not want something changed/implemented, whereas neutral shows they don't care -- and why really express that in a rating? Simply not replying or even leaving a comment saying they don't mind either way is fine enough; basically I feel like it is an unnecessary rating, similar to the cookie one.
