Selling Island

Before I say anything, I am gonna let you know that this island has been mod approved. (Kudzai is the mod to be accurate.) The island is in an Ice Mountain Biome. I spent lots of grass on it so hopefully you offer lots.
WARNING: This is not my island, but it is my alts island, Robotic_R3kt.

I also got some questions and comments: THIS IS NOT _Cyborg_Ninja_'s island so do NOT SELL MY ISLAND!!!
Also what happens if you sell your island?

Have you gotten any offers yet?

 

First make a deal with a player. Then let him pay what he offered, then coop invite him and you leave the coop after he accept. Make sure there is nobody else cooped in your island before that player who offered you because if you leave the island, that player (Not the player that offered for the island) will become the leader. BUT first make a moderator to check your island if it has any illegal items to trade/own.

Simplified: So your island will become to that player and you get the payment. BUT first make a moderator to check your island if it has any illegal items to trade/own.

 

I know, the lava bucket would have to be destroyed, as well as sand/dirt probably
