Try not to spam your mod app. Try to edit into one post. It gets hard if we can't see who has real feedback for you.
So, I see you've been trying to achieve the staff position for quite some time already, however you should definitely work on some parts. ~ The application itself is completely chaotic - Try to make the application a bit tidy(maybe it's just me though, I like things neat & tidy) ~ Your app is very unappealing to the eye - I understand that you want to use more colours, but adding random colours to random titles isn't going to really help. ~ Try to have everything in one font, it looks a lot more tidy & appealing to the eye that way Having an application that stands out & is fun to read is key, remember that having something attractive to read is always going to give a nice impression.
