I am going to have to go with no support for the moment, only because I think you might want to work on maturity, today you said a word which is inappropriate in global chat various times with in one chat page.

 

You have improved the app alot. Now it is very easily read and nicely structured.
It's contents are nicely structured as well.

But you still have to add more to it, such as the "Why I should be mod" section.
As a dyslexic person, you are quite good at spelling, although it may not be on point.

For now, from all the feedback above me, I will partially support.
Again, this is taking note that you are dyslexic, and have, well, average spelling/grammar.

If you are able to improve on your grammar, then I would change this to full support.
But wait, not only that, you'll have to improve on your maturity as well, as stated by CoolCreeper.

I'm sure that's all you have to improve on for now.


But let me give you some tips on what not to do to the mod app:

Do not use colours like green, or any other light colours. They make your mod app look like a child's drawing.
Do not use emojis. It makes it look like the mod application was not taken seriously, even though it was.
Do not over-colour things. Again, it makes it look like a child's drawing
Do not overuse bolding/underlines.


Again, I can't give you any tips on what to do for the mod app, since I don't really know the standards of a good one either. But you can look up mod apps of people who got accepted, especially Lycel.
