It's not pay to win if what you donate for are nicknames, particles, titles, pets etc. Those don't change any aspect of the game. It's just aesthetics

 

Pay to win means you get things otherwise impossible for others to get and will always have the upper hand in any situation. This isn't pay to win.

 

There'll be a ton of servers to get rid of then...

However big pay to win server owners have actually recently been contacted by mojang, and will result in a lawsuit if not resolved by those servers. But gotta admit they were actually legit pay to win to another level
