    As a rule of thumb, try to read other's Mod applications in order to get an idea of how your application should look. Also try not to make more than one post for your application. Also too many colors for my eyes to be able to read more than one line. For now, I am going to say "Nay".

    Firstly, the colour choice of light azure blue for your text is straining to the eyes.
    Secondly, Your application is not written following to the template.
    Next, I never see you or any of your friends online either, but it could be due to the different timezones.
    Lastly, this is YOUR application. Requesting for all your friends to be promoted to moderator is not a very good thing to do, especially when you are supposed to talk mainly about yourself. I suggest making yourself more familiar with the template and possibly try again.
