[littleblock2012] Advertising [Sugar][Accepted]

Sorry about the second ban appeal everyone! I was not aware there was a 'proper' ban appeal layout!

2. In-game name: littleblock2012
3. Full exact Ban Message: 'Advertising. - SugarCane'
4. Did you read the rules ? Yes I have read the rules a few times actually, up on this website!
5. Why do YOU think you were banned? Well I have been told that I was banned for advertising, and I both trust and respect the staff on this server, but I have not advertised - simply because it is against the rules.
6. Was this an incorrect ban? I hate to say this, but yes it was.
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? I am either thinking of this server or a different one, I have only ever played on three servers, and one of them I was banned from. May have been this one for a short while, but in all honesty it was a long time ago, as well as the fact I can't remember what for.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Well, for one, I do understand and accept that I have been banned, and that a staff member has witnessed something that they do not like, and again, I respect that. However, given that, I do not KNOW what it is they witnessed (and if someone could provide me with some proof of me advertising that would be greatly appreciated!) I have put many hours into not only this server, but also the other players, as well as contributing with my money because I felt that it would really help. In my eyes, I did not do anything wrong because I haven't got any recollection of advertising, however this can change if I get some proof.

With all due respect, it was not "me" that advertised. I apologise that I said it was an incorrect ban, because again it was not "me" that did it, simply my in game account.

I can guarantee you that it wasn't physically me, and if there is any other way that I can prove that to you, please let me know and I will do it!

As you would know, I am of the $50 Donor rank, and I would also just like to point out the logic in that I would not waste that $70 (I'm in Australia and it was about $70 Australian dollars) just so I can advertise another server (which I have never heard of in my life.).

Again, I do understand that there was no way at all that you could have told it was not me, and I am not angry or mad that you banned me, I was just confused, but now I know what happened (my account was used to advertise)

There's no way to prove it wasn't actually you who advertised. It's your account so it's your responsibility to make sure no one else uses it. Does anyone else have access to your Minecraft account? Did you give out your password to any malicious websites?

Nobody else has access to my account and the only place I have EVER used my password is on the Minecraft launcher and on minecraft.net!

I understand its my responsibility, however regardless of that, I did not do it well enough. Please understand that.

Well if it wasn't you who advertised, you were most likely hacked. I strongly suggest you change your password. Please let me know when you have changed you password. I will also need evidence that you have changed it so that once you go back onto this server or any other server, this won't happen again.

 

I just changed my password. I included the date and time (right now in Australia) up in the top right hand corner to prove it was now.

I'm deeply sorry that this happened, especially to a server as good as this one!
