Why Do I Think i deserve mod?

I want this rank for plentiful reasons. To commence, I mainly want this position for the benefit of others. Constantly, I am seeing scamming and rudeness in chat. I am also always trying to get rule-breakers to stop. Especially, when they annoy and bother me and others. I am always lead to the conclusion because I really want to stop cyberbullying(Cyberbullying falls under this category) and the ability to make sure rule-jukers hurt no one else. I am completely dedicated to this server. My first log on this server was about 3-4 years back and since then, I always wanted to make a difference. From users placing lava buckets on people's islands to scamming and taking valuable items with nothing in exchange can make a huge difference. Now, I feel if I get the chance to help I can. These online troublemakers and delinquents are making skyblock have a bad reputable name. With more effort and strength, we can give skyblock the name it really deserves.

On skyblock, I always see the Mod Art. Art is so helpful to people and has inspired me to do the best thing. Which is keeping trollers and troublemakers play the game for what it really is and not what they want it to be. I believe if given the opportunity, I will definitely spend a lot of my time in a single day on the server helping and benefitting people in the best way possible. I think every player is given the right to have jubilance and joy all the while playing their favorite gamemode. And I am more than willing to make sure users have that right. Helping people just feels right, it brings that smile on your face after having a rough day through school and real life. It is really nice to get onto Minecraft and make other people happy and joyful because of you and what you do. I honestly know I can make a change in the community positively and help out players in every way possible.

I believe skyblock needs more staff and with me in that position, I can change that fact by a lot. I am already knowledgable about all the commands and do not require training. I know what to do and how to enforce the law. I am always willing to learn from fellow staff members and am open ears to everything anyone has to say. I have much experience on how to deal with hackers and can easily detect when someone is breaking the rules and gather evidence on it. I candidly and truthfully believe I can handle and take the roll as mod on this magnificent server of Skyblock.

Have I Ever Had Experience As Staff?

Yes, I have had experience as a staff on a server before.The server experience I had was when I was 11, my friend had about 200-300 people on his server everyday and I was a mod on that server. (PvP server)It was a great experience and I had lots of fun and joy as I was able to enforce the rules on hackers and rule-trespassers. I learned a lot and figured out to know hacking when I see it.

How active will I be?
I will be on approximently 1-3 hours a day. This is due to school and the fact that I am starting pre-sat training at a young age. Also, because I have sports and practices. As January passes, my schedule will clear up and I will able to be on up to 4 hours a day.

What do I kick for?

-Spam (3+Lines)
-Caps (5+Letters)
-Sexual Content
-Swearing
-Racism
-Disrespect (Player or Staff)
-Asking for personal info (Passwords, Addresses, Phone numbers.)
-Hackusation without proof
-Encouraging harm to oneself. ("Go kill yourself noob!")


What do I tempban for?

You TempBan when the players reached their maxed limits of 3/3 kicks.

-Ignoring and Disregarding Kicks
-Trying to Ignore Tempbans

What do I ban for?

-Advertising IP's
-Hack Clients / Hacking
-Hack Threats
-DDoS Threats
-Mods(Fair mods such as optifine and amour/health indicator don't count as kick/ban)
-Creative/GodMode (Only applies for staff. AKA, Abuse)

More about myself:

Well as previously stated, I am 13 years of age, almost 14. I love Minecraft and am a fanatic of the skyblock series. I love to stay fit, healthy, and play sports. Most of all, I love to play video games. Academically, I get straight A's all honors student. I have a Indian background and was born in America.
NOTE: This is my second application because on the first one I didn't follow template.

You give a LOT of detail and it gets straight to the point, which I like. I love how you listed why you ban and why you kick. The application has a nice layout, and is what I expect (packed with quality).

The only thing I would like to see is your activity, as I haven't seen you on before and I want you to help more. Also, be around the forums and talk to everyone. Get to know them better.

By the way I just wanted to thank you again for how much you helped me on my island and when I died in the mob arena you gave my stuff back. Almost nobody has done that for me. I was new to the server and had only one god item and you still gave it back to me. Thank you so much and I think you really deserve this position. I support you 100%.

Pros:
1) I LOVE how you added what you will kick/temp-ban/ban for. Can I use it in my application please?
2) You seem to know what you are doing.
3) You have had experience on another server with moderating.
4) You seem to be a nice friendly person who gets along with other people
Cons:
1) As I saw in previous messages, you didn't know how to layout your mod application. You also state that you want to be the "mod rank helper". There is no mod ranks in skyblock.net. This shows me that you haven't been playing on .net for that long. To improve you must know the server and the forums more.
2) There is some detail which is irrelevant in your application. Have a look at other applications and get ideas from them, just make sure you don't copy them.
3) Add some colour into your application. Just make sure the colour is readable. I like using a mix of red and black. Maybe put the titles as red. As I say, take a look at other apps to improve.
4) I have never seen you online or helping in-game. (timezones??)
5) I have never seen you helping in forums

THANK YOU FOR THE FEEDBACK. I will try and make the changes you requested. I guess we have different time zones as i am on at night and in the morning where i see no mods except Art and Agentdogsrule. You can use what you asked in number one, just give me credit. I do know they are no helpers, but from prior knowledge I am lead to see Mod and Helper are same position, so I wrote that. Again, thank you so much for the feedback.
