Bought Donor 50. Didn't get it

I bought Donor 50 rank. on Monday the 28/12/2015. I was using someone else Paypal card it cost me $70 dollers in AUD. I came online today 29/12/2015 and did /kit donor50 and it said that Error: You need the essential.kits.donor50 pemission to use that kit. So what i'm trying to say is that i need your help with getting my rank that i have bought or i wont my money back plz. Thank you plz contact me as Fast as you can

Have you tried contacting CypriotMerks in game or on the forums? (It is probably best to contact him in game as he has a better chance of seeing it.) Cyp can look up and see who had donated and everything. Also, it may take up to 48 hours to get your donor rank.

I think you need to fill out an like everyone else. I also found a little rude to ask like that. If you really want to become a mod you need to go over to the app forum and read over the rules and follow the templates depending on if you are on net or org. . .but if I were you I would wait a little while since you are a new member in all.
