    Okay, I'm going to start off with the banning part. It's just saying reasons you've been banned on .net, and .net only. Bans on other servers don't matter.
    More reasons on why you should be mod would be nice. Also, the /summon command and the /give command don't help with becoming a moderator at all.
    To be honest, this is also a very messy application. I suggest adding headings, so people will know what point in the application you're in.

    I haven't seen you online, nor helping.
    No support for now, but I'll consider supporting if you work on these things.

    Agreed with Galaxy's comment on headings and also add to the "Why do you think you should be mod?" section. That section is the most important section in my opinion

    Your application still lacks detail. Elaborate your characteristics that makes you feel on how to be a successful trial moderator. Always check back and take feedback so you can improve throughout time. :)
