[Lost items for no reason]

So, after the massive duping, Cyp came to our island and deleted all our chests, including all our rares (which, I admit, were duped materials that we bought for our own rares, which we did not know at the time). I have proof of our rares prior to buying these duped items and I would like to request a refund of these items.

 

If Cyp refunded you, he'd have to refund everyone else to. Gl, but it is unlikely.

 

The thing is that Cyp wanted to delete all record of the duping from the economy. These items were not duped and were traded for legitimately. And yes, I think that cyp should refund everyone to their previous state of wealth before they traded their items for the duped ones.

 

Unless you have evidence of your previous items you most likely not being refunded.

 

It would be difficult to distinguish which were real and which were duped.

that's still hella unfair that he removes people's items that they earned legitimately
who knew they were trading with dupers? no one.

 

^ If the deal is too good to be true, it is. First rule of trading. Someone selling you 10 beacons for 100 diamonds? Someone upgrading you to Skygod for 250 diamonds? Be careful of these offers.
