Denied [Badlaser] Chargeback Ban [Cyp] Since 10th Nov[Denied]

    I Have a Chargeback Ban starting since 10th November.
    1 Month has passed and i haven't been told my final outcome.
    I am reposting a new Appeal as I am hoping to grab a Admins attention to the issue.
    i payed $10[$15NZD] for Donor10 due to my enjoyment of the server [Ask for the Recipt] before being upgraded by total random by _Lovey_ to donor25 and a few days later, donor50. I have no contact to this person and I feel like i have been rounded out and purposly been banned.
    My ultimate outcome is to be unbanned. Even better, go back to donor10. I am thinking of charging back my own money and just forgetting skyblock. This has taken over a month and im getting very sick of this.

    My patience is hanging by a thread.

    CypriotMerks - for your consideration.

    I'm going to recap. You were recently a donor10, correct? Then a donor you don't speak to or know of had upgraded you to 25 then 50? After, this player had chargebacked the money they put onto your account leaving the finish result a ban?

    yes. I Spent $10 myself for donor10. i had been talking to lovey to trade stuff when all of a sudden i was upgraded to donor25. few days later being upgraded to donor50. a few days after this, i have been banned.

    I have found my transaction on paypal and im quite tempted to chargeback my $10 if i dont get this problem resolved.
    i would rather use the money somewhere it actually be in use

    The only thing I can do as for now is notify the administrator. I know you're upset and have been patiently waiting for this to be resolved but trust me, it will.

    Again, I will notify the administrator about this. :)

    Many thanks. ArcherzGamez had asked you about my chargeback ban and you suggested to do a re-appeal. This time i tried to show as much details as i could.

    Sorry about this whole situation. This was totally unfair to you and it's been a whole month without resolution. Unfortunately it is something only CypriotMerks can deal with so we will have to be patient but persistent.

    In the mean time we will discuss what to do about the player who upgraded and then charged back on you.

    Ok, i am utterly annoyed now and if this is not resolved in 7 days, im going to chargeback my own money that i payed purely because of my love of the server and leave. I dont understand how it is so hard to even put me back to greenie and be unbanned. You guys arent losing anything. you guys have control of the donor ranks. this is not like in real life where you send a product to someone then they scam you buy charging back when the product is in full function.

    i dont want to just drop the server because i have so much to do with it. This has become to annoying.
    7 Days. I need to know my outcome.

    Do as your desire, I want to help but there is nothing I can do more. I've contacted the administrator but no response. I'm sorry you're feeling impatient. Believe me if I could get this resolved, I would. But I can't. :/

    For your information: I have had a namechange to _JesusPotato_ but will be changing back to Badlaser in 1 month.
    Playing with friends and trolling other on different servers while to wait to be unbanned.

    It's fine, I was in your situation a few months ago, and I was a moderator at that time as well. I had to pay $75, but that's your choice of whether or not you want to
    1) pay it back and be unbanned, or
    2) not pay it back and remain banned
