why am i banned??

I came on yesterday and I was fine until some1 started accusing me for greifing I wasn't very happy, so then i offered them for some things I said " look what do u want and i will go to my island and see if i have it" but she wouldn't reply so i went back to my island and she said she was going to /ignore me i said "that is fine" i go off skyblock because i had to do go to get my tea, when i had finished came back up and went on hypixel then went back on skyblock till i had to go to bed, or went off my laptop but anyway this morning when i have had to get up i have come onto my laptop to go onto the best server that's out there and it says I'm banned... it doesn't say when I'm allowed back on. so my face is literally like this --> if i am never allowed back on I'm gonna so complain to you because IM A DONOR 100 and if I'm not allowed back on my mam will not be very happy!!! i hope you understand BECAUSE I WOULD LIKE TO GO ON SKYBLOCK!!!
