Erm. Either August/September in 2014 or 2015 :3 This server was the first multiplayer server I've ever played on.
November 2013 I joined three other servers on the same day and settled for this one. I even made a forums account on the same day I joined the server to find the rules.

Not always, players join the game and then at a later date join the forums, I was only a kid at the time and didnt know what the forums are. Simple.
The only reason I joined the forums was to share my 'amazing' idea about enderchest tradeshops.. and to apply for mod. Before that I didn't even know the forums existed, and I found them confusing
Same here . I knew about forums when I got banned in like a few months later so I created a forums account to appeal then after my appeal was accepted I never got on forums again until someone was griefing me so I made another forums account (this one) to report the griefer and here I am
theres a major difference between joining for the first time and actually taking part of the community if u ask me, when you "joined" the server is the date you have on forums
By joined, I am asking when did you first join the minecraft server. Im not asking about forums, or community, but you can say when if you want to
This is a fun thread. My story is a bit complicated because I am the father of griffincb. He and some friends joined skyblock in 2013, when he was in grade 4. (He is now in grade 9, and remembering school years makes it pretty easy to pin down dates -- but unfortunately, no screen shot proof.) I didn't join Forums until earlier this year, after the new server started and I had a question. Anyway, back in 2013 griffincb invited me to join his island, after he had already talked me into playing Minecraft. (I blame him for this addiction.) He remembers our migrations between org/net; at some point he and I built an island so big the ocean spread out under the abandoned island next door. And then cyp or noob (can't remember which server) established tighter borders and suddenly half our ocean was gone. I joined griffincb's island on /classic a couple of years ago, after he was already bored of it, and got hooked on MC/skyblock all over again. And now he and I have adjoining islands. And thanks to voting and the Easter discount, for the first time since 2013 I am playing with rank rather than as a greenie/graybean, which I have always enjoyed. But I hate water elevators and will enjoy having /fly more. Graybeans can still count on me for support.
