I have known Maxi since his promotion. I am only concerned for him, and I genuinely care about him. I just want to know that he is doing alright.

Noobcrew is the owner of the server. Cypriot is the administrator of the server. Unless I'm really out of the loop and another administrator was promoted? Lol.

 

Noobcrew counts as an admin. They both have admin control panel, they both have administrator written under the staff member tag, and (most likely) they are both in the same group which by default would be titled administrative.

 

Eh. Depends on how you look at it. If this is specifically forums, then yeah, they both have administrative permissions, but ultimately noobcrew is the owner.
