Voting not working?

So 2 hours ago I voted from my tablet and it added me to the top voters with 7 votes but when I went in game I noticed I didn't get my rewards and it says i have 18 votes (it should be 21 votes cause 3 votes every day and today is the 7th so 21 votes) is it because the server was down? Can something be done about it as its only in game ?

 

PS: some people were complaining about vote sites not working

 

Hi Bert, I tested voting just now and all three sites worked just fine for me. If you voted while the server was down for maintenance, the vote sites would not have been able to send the votes to us. Unfortunately, we have no way to know who might have voted during the time the server was down for maintenance.
