7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for?: Yes, I have been banned several times before for similar reasons.
   
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned?: First off, allow me to tell what happened. Earlier today, a player was asking me for free Diamonds and it was getting very annoying. I had told him to stop several times but he continued to ask for them. I don't like /ignoring people, so after I had told him several times to stop, I dropped him into the void to get him to stop. A few hours later, I came on and I was perm banned. I know that I shouldn't kill players, but it was getting so annoying to have to listen to him telling me to give him Diamonds that I just did it anyway. I am sorry for killing players and I will make sure to remove the device I used to kill him from my island. I will not do this again if I am unbanned.

Well, even if I did kill players 3 times, I don't think I deserve a perm ban for it. Maybe just ban me for a week or something. I really won't do it again this time.

 

You obviously didn't learn, though. What made you think it was acceptable to kill him?

 

I was just very annoyed at having him ask for diamonds constantly. I didn't want to use /ignore, so I thought killing him would be to only way to get him to shut up. I tried telling mods about people like this before, but the mods don't do anything. If I get unbanned, I will make sure to just tell him to leave my island and stop asking for diamonds and keep telling him until he stops.

 

What do you mean "you told the mods about this before"?

 

One time, someone kept telling me to give them free diamonds and wouldn't stop. I told a mod and they just said "its what happens to skygods" or something like that. I just assumed if I told a mod again they would do the same thing.

 

Asking for diamonds or free stuff from a player isn't against the rules, so why would you take matters into your own hands and try to teach him a lesson?

You knew it was illegal, but you did it because the mods wouldn't do anything. I'm not following very well

 

As I said, the mods weren't going to do anything. I kept telling him to stop but he wouldn't. I figured the only way I could get him to stop is if I killed him. I knew that killing him was illegal, but I couldn't think of any other way to get him to stop. I really didn't think I would get a perm ban for this and now know to never do this again.

 

You know not to do this again, but was the third time you killed a player not enough of a lesson for you? You never apologized in the other appeals, so how can I be convinced that you won't do it again?

 

I know that if I do this again, I will have no chance of getting a successful appeal and I will be perm banned. The other times, I knew it was just a temp ban and I could wait it out. Now that I have gotten perm banned, I know if I do this again my appeal will have no chance of getting accepted. I am 100% sure I will not do this again.

 

I don't feel comfortable unbanning you because you seem to not feel sorry for the other bans but only for this one because it's permanent and actually affects only you, not everybody else. If you can convince me otherwise, please proceed

 

I have many things that I do which would require me to be unbanned in order to do. Such as this,

As well as a lot of DP's and other giveaways I do. I've already had to cancel a giveaway I was running because I was banned. I also have a large tradeshop at my island which I need to keep restocked. If I was perm banned, I would not be able to do any of these things and a lot of people would not be able to use these things.

 

I would appreciate a final decision. I am leaving for vacation soon and won't be able to come online for a few weeks.
