I can contribute actively to the server, and I often try to reach out to newer players who ask where to go or what to do in a kind manner. I am mature, and would treat problems to the best of my ability and as maturely as I can. I know the rules to the server, and I believe that I can enforce them as well as I can. I believe that Moderators should be responsible with their commands that are given to them, and I will not abuse the commands for my or others benefits. What qualifications do you have? I am mature enough to settle arguments fairly and not break out into yelling and screaming, also I have an understanding of grammar, so I can get messages across clearly. I have past experience as server staff and commands within the server, so I can use those. I have been on this server long enough to understand the rules and enforce them.
