My aliases: NonExistentEntity, DrDapper, LemonHead101, DapperCreeper1234 I am 12, turning 13 this july. While this may seem to be a disadvantage, I can relate more with the younger Skyblock population. I live on the west coast, with occasional month-long vacations to the east coast. I live in the United States. I mainly speak English, with a bit of Spanish or Russian here and there. I have been banned from three different servers (including this one, but that's a long story. Send me a message for that story.) My first ban was on my first day of Minecraft, when I foolishly took 35 iron from a furnace. I was younger then and have not stolen since. My second ban was years later after giving a default player creative (I was admin) for help with a building project. Apparently that wasn't allowed. I check the rules now to be thorough. I think I should be mod because Skyblock is littered with scammers, spammers, and griefers. While I can't stop them all, I can certainly fix any problems that arise from it. As a teenager, I can relate more to the adolescent community and may have better luck dealing with them than an adult may have. My qualifications; I currently admin on 3 different servers (to which I will admit one is owned by a friend) and I understand the plugins that are most commonly used on servers. Only once have I been de-opped, and that was due to a misinterpretation of the rules. I can't be on every day, but I can be on 5-8 hours per day every other weekend. This July however, it will be 3-5 hours every day. I have been playing on skyblock.net for about 6 months now, during which I have interacted with the community in many ways (trading, chatting, etc.) I have been an admin on 6 servers total, with an average of a year and a half having OP. Disadvantages of having me as a moderator: I'm 12 (almost 13), which means I can be moody; I can't go on often, except during the summer. Advantages of having me as a moderator: I can relate to the adolescent community and discuss things with them more openly than most adults may be able to ; I read the chat, which I understand many people do not do, so I can root out trades. I caught this snippet today: "Okay, I giv u teh 10 dirt and u giv me teh lava." If I had been moderator, I could have investigated; I understand how most of the plugins work You don't have to make me a moderator, and I respect that. But I do think it would result in a slightly more enjoyable experience for the players. After all, isn't that what Skyblock is all about?
