[USA] Baylee's Mod Forum

A Little About Myself:
Hi, my name's Baylee. I'm 16 years old, and am turning 17 in November. I've been a part of the skyblock server for almost three years, yet I only make a forum last year, when i decided I wanted to help out around the server (note: I completly forgot the server had a website until a month ago, so that's why I've only started becoming active). I'm wanted to be a mod for a while now, and decided now would be a good time to apply.
So, without further ado, here's my app.

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) I have never been banned before on any server.

Why do you think you should be a mod?

I'm Responsible
- I often help answer questions when no one else does, I often enforce the rules such as what you can and can not trade, to stop spamming, and no greifing islands (jumping on crops or killing animals). If someone breaks the rules, no matter who, I will make sure they get either kicked, muted, or banned. When it comes to hard decision, to me it doesn't matter if they've paid a thousand dollars, haven't donated anything, is my mother, or just a regular player. If they break the rules, they should, and will, get the fair consequence.

I'm friendly
-I try to be as polite as possible to people, even if they're difficult to work with. I always try to give people feedback and help them out, no matter what the reason. If they are breaking the rules, i will also make sure to politely ask them to stop, and if the player(s) continue, I would make sure they get the appropriate consequence.

Communicates Well
-I'm great with communication; which, as you know, is important if you are to become a moderator. I try to talk to everyone, not just donors or not just the regular players, to make sure everyone feels cared for and welcomed on the server. If anyone messages or talks to me, i'll be glad to message them right back, whether it's to ask a question or for help, or just to have a conversation.

Management Skills
-I also have very good management skills. I know how to lead groups, teach, instruct, and manage conflicts. This can come in handy if skyblock were to every do a new project or renovate one of the warps; I can help but keeping the chaos to a minimum to none, and to make sure the job gets completed in time. I also take charge when on the server, if no one else does.

Organized
-I would also become a good mod because I'm very organized. I always meet deadliness, coordinate task(s), and plan and arrange activities. I always know where I place things, and where everything should be put and when, so that way I'm always prepared if someone is looking for something or if I need to find something fast. I'm also very punctual. I'm always on time if I have to be somewhere, or if you need me on.

How long can you be active on the server every day? I can be active at least and hour every day, and more on the weekend.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes, i was a moderator on one of my friends server and another server for three months before it closed down.

-This is your only forum message, did you make an account just to apply? I would suggest getting use to the forums more because you have to moderate them as well.

I mostly help by messaging people to prevent spam, and i've had this account for a while i just don't comment a lot on the forums.

Anyways, your application is pretty good. I'd suggest interacting with the players more, since you claim to have been here for nearly three years. I can see that you're trying to be more active on the forums. That's good! I didn't join the forums until a little less than a year after I started playing skyblock. Just try to be more integrated in the community on the forums because that is how you get to know it more than you can in-game. Good luck!
