Accepted Unban appeal[Accepted]

Dear Sirs,

I've been banned for a long period now and i want to ask if it's possible to unban me. Here are the details:
1. Servername: Skyblock.net
2. in-game name: iRynq_ (At the time of the ban my name was Koning_Merf)
3. Ban message: threatening to hack server
4. I've read the (latest) rules
5. I've said something on the chat which was interpreted as a threat to hack the server
6. I think this was an incorrect ban
7. I've never been banned before on Skyblock
8. I think it was a misunderstanding. I've said something on the chat in my own language (Dutch) which was been interpreted as a threat. My intention was to accuse someone who in my opinion used hacks. I didn't know that the chat was not the appropiate way to do so. I'm sorry.

I hope my request for this appeal will be honored, thank you for taking this in consideration.

 

Hello Kerahna,
I'm Komeno's father and I'm helping him with his appeal because English is not our native language. The thread you've shown with a former appeal quite shocked me because of the abusive language. I've spoken with my son about this and he immediately reacted that it was not him, but a classmate who wrote this. My son now remembered him saying that he would help him to appeal on his own PC. My son forgot about that cause the guy later on never mentioned his attempt to appeal anymore (now we know why...)
My son can't prove anything, but I believe him because at that time his knowledge of English wasn't that enhanced to write such things (10 years old by then).

I guess Nocturnish was the moderator who banned my son?
