Stuck at spawn

I've been stuck in the redstone blocks within the lamp above the spawn block for sometime now and admins/mods seem to be on when I'm busy.. could someone not just reset my player.dat file? I just want to play skyblock with the grass trading that the server has over single player.. pleease
