What's up with all these odd spawn eggs going around? How did they get into the economy?

What kind of eggs and who is selling them?

 

Well I know there's zombie spawn eggs and for the sellers well there's a lot of people who got them. As far as I know they arent illegal to sell ?

 

Zombie spawn eggs were sold at the /warp halloween2012 back when the maze was still complete. They are legal to trade and own. Is that the only egg being sold that's questionable?

 

ImDaWinner talked about Enderman eggs. Honestly I've never seen those. Are they legal too ?

The only eggs on that list I've never seen at a trade warp are ghast. The only time I've ever seen trades for ghast eggs was renamed wolf eggs.
Enderman eggs I've seen before, but I'm not sure where they were sold. Best guess would be noobspawn traders after the passive mobs all required enderpearls to purchase. They would be the only egg purchasable for grass blocks or maybe it was iron. I don't remember.
