I think I should be unbanned because Bloodcatgamez sold me his head that looked like a pumpkin and I made the misteak of saying selling punpkin head haveing no idea there was a pumpkin head drop, And michael banned me without even asking me what happend when in fact that frxxn4helper bended my words and didnt include all the screen shots to make it look like I was scamming, So yes this was a false ban and I should be unbanned asap,

Thank you for taking the time to create an appeal.

Unfortunately, as of now, I will have to leave the appeal open for you to further explain yourself, as you have lied multiple times in your appeal, especially when claiming that you had no idea that there was a pumpkin drop party, or that you were not attempting to scam anyone. Shortly before the Halloween drop party, you stole more than twenty Halloween heads, which had to be confiscated by the administration, and then proceeded to blame them for your actions. I do not believe that this is something that is easily forgotten, and you have quite a long history of infractions; you should know better than to use player heads in an attempt to scam players by making them pay for something that is not nearly as valuable as you claim.

Before taking my time to respond to this appeal in depth, I would like to give you one last chance to restate your story, and explain what truly happened in this situation, if you would like for this to end in a successful appeal. If you lie in any part of your explanation, or attempt to claim that this was not in any way your fault, you ban will be extended and this appeal denied.

 

Tbh I forgot at this point about the pumpkin drop, and if you were a "super mod" you would look back in chat logs yourself, As I said the full story was in my appeal, I was emptying my ender chest to make room and I quickly and stupidly described bloodcatgamez head as a pumpkin head due to the skin on the head being made to look like a pumpkin, I Never scammed or attempted, you were quick to ban me and never actualy looked into chat logs to see that I publicly announced my misteak and that I was sorry.

I have an extremely hard time believing you had forgotten about this drop. Right before the drop party, you stole 25 pumpkin heads from the island at which they were being stored, and when confronted about the situation, you blamed the administration for the theft, and also said that you stole the items because you were sure you wouldn't get one, and you wanted to distribute them more fairly. This is not something that is easily forgotten, as it was a very serious offense, requiring for the server to be temporarily shut down so that the stolen items could be located and returned. In addition to this, you also happened to win a pumpkin head from the drop party, despite the fact that you had been insisting that you only stole the heads because you were sure that you wouldn't win one.

Again, this is not something that is easily forgotten. It is much better to start your second response by admitting that your original appeal was not completely truthful, than to attempt to create another story in order to justify your previous actions. Doing so may have resulted in a more favorable outcome during this appeal.

Throughout your interactions with Frxxn4Helper, you never once mentioned that it was not an actual pumpkin head, until you were asked a very specific question, forcing you to explain that the name on the head was BloodCatGamez. You led this player on, and most likely others as well, by allowing them to believe they were purchasing a real pumpkin head, when in fact, they were just wasting their time. You seemed to have every intention of selling to Frxxn4Helper, if given the opportunity. This is exactly what scamming is; you are advertising an item, but have no plans of actually giving it upon the completion of a trade, as you do not even have it.

I would also like to add that even after this encounter, you repeatedly made advertisements in chat, saying that you were selling a pumpkin head. I have no doubt that you knew what you were doing, especially after Frxxn4Helper called you out for scamming, and the fact that you are perfectly aware of that there was a pumpkin drop party.

As shown here, Frxxn4Helper very clearly called you out on the scam, and you refused to acknowledge it. This indicates that you are perfectly aware of what you are doing. You were not just "emptying [your] ender chest to make room", causing you to make the mistake. You very deliberately sent multiple messages in chat advertising the sale of a pumpkin head, which you did not own.



You seem to be showing no remorse for your actions, have repeatedly lied throughout your appeal, and have quite a long history of these types of behavior. I do not believe that it would be appropriate to unban you at this time, and to stay consistent with my previous response, your ban will be extended by 7 days. You have had numerous chances, for various offenses, and still feel the need to lie in an attempt to get out of your punishment; this appeal may have gone much differently if you had begun by telling the truth. A successful appeal requires complete honesty, as well as a willingness to admit to your actions, both of which were not present here.
