Denied Sharky758 Ban Appeal.[Denied]

I was banned by Myrmidous.

2. In-game name: Sharky758
3. Full exact Ban message: Banned for extensive, harmful, widespread, grieving/looting and amoral idiocy
4. Did you read the rules? I did read the rules and I understand them thoroughly.
5. Why do you think you were banned? I grieved an island.
6. Was this an incorrect ban? No it was a correct ban because I grieved someone, however I am willing to refund what I took/stole to that person.
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock if so, what for? I have been banned before on the SkyBlock server because I was playing a prank on the moderators by "grieving" KingDavid04, however he was well aware of what was going on and was in on it too.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I think I should be unbanned because I have learned that grieving is not a joke/funny to anyone and I want to give back what I stole and change my image as a fellow SkyBlock player.

Unfortunately I was on the road for something close to seventeen hours today and I'm unable to handle this appeal with the care and attention it deserves. Postponing this until I have a clearer head. In the meantime I have questions:

1. Is this the ban from May? Or June? You have two separate grieving bans.
2. Are you and KingDavid collaborating?
3. Which item(s) are you returning, to whom?

I appreciate your help in resolving this ban situation.

1. I was banned my second time on July 31, 2017 I can't remember when I was banned the first time.
2. Yes were close friends, however KingDavid had nothing to do with the second grief. But the first grieving offense was a prank on the moderators and he helped me with that.
3. Unfortunately, I can't remember who I grieved, so if you have some way to see or find out who that would be great. Also, I can't remember what I took so I am willing to give back what the person requests or what you tell me to give back. By the way my full ban message doesn't show who I grieved.

Your original ban in May was for abusing /trust to grief and loot KingDavid (31 days). Finding out three months later David was colluding with you is disturbing because the first thing David did was ask for reimbursement. I will have a talk with him about scamming the Staff team.

Your second ban was for abusing /trust to grief and loot Littlehearts (31 days).

This ban: A player called to investigate grief and theft on their island. When I checked the logs your name was everywhere. I asked what happened and he told me Sharky758 had been asking everyone online to /trust him. Then later when he logged in the island was completely looted.

When I asked in general chat who had you on their /trust list nine people responded and told me the same thing. I contacted the SMods for a check of your island and fungamer333 reported you had a entire chests of rares/etc. It appears you are engaging in a lengthy campaign of asking to be trusted on others' islands, waiting for them to log off and then harvesting their items.

Stealing from and harming others is against SkyBlock's policy of a family friendly and safe play environment. Violating this policy harms the community as a whole and needs to be corrected; repeated violations are a sign you may need to be removed from the community permanently.

When you return from your ban please remember to treat all players respectfully and stop engaging in theft and grief activities.
