Hay! So I went looking through the rules again today, and when I went through rule six (Do not spam or caplock) I started thinking. My thought is to take away the "do not caplock" rule. What is my reason for this? So spamming is a problem on many servers, as it can be annoying for a lot of players and it can stop players from seeing other peoples messages. As for capital lock.. it doesn't really do any harm to the server, it doesn't annoy many people or it doesn't stop players from seeing other peoples messages. To me, capital lock is just letters, but a little bigger. I thought this would be a good idea, as many servers I have been on do not have the caps lock rule, or have taken off the rule. Of course spam will still be a rule, but just take off the capitals part. My other reason is when you do go to rule six, it doesn't explain why capital lock is a rule, it just tells you the punishment. EDIT: as people have no support on my suggestion, I have thought about it more. Maybe they could at least say why it is a rule? I still do not understand why it's a rule. No support. We don't need a chat filled with people shouting their advertisements with all caps. Getting rid of a rule does not solve a problem, it just makes the issue unrecognised as a problem. Other issues arise and get bigger thus creating new problems. It does not harm people but certainly stopping excessive use of caps can create a more peaceful environment.

it's a rule because it falls under S.P.A.M. stupid pointless annoying message in most cases falls under all 3 of SPA
Why would you want caps lock removed? There would be even more spam example : << LOOOOOK >> BANNERS AND SKIN COMP /VIST MLGMINECRAFTER!!!!!! HURRY!!! Tell me that caps isn't worse then normal? Go on tell me, it's so annoying, even more in caps!
No Support. I see your reasoning behind how it doesn't really harm anyone, as it is not considered spam. But what you don't realize is that people use caps lock to spam.
