Don't give permission to tmods and fmods to reply to staff reports. Only allow Sean, Cypriot, Crew, and all supermods. Edit: the reason I'm suggesting this is because some t/fmods are thinking they have a lot of power over staff reports, when they don't!
Well in a staff report if it is an fmod or a tmod in question, they should be able to reply to clear up any misunderstandings.
I believe this would be better changed to "don't let TMods/FMods handle staff reports." Add a few certain SMods to that too. The only person who can handle the reports are the administrative staff, and the report should only be closed when resolved/breaks a rule/when the OP requests it. I know of staff reports being closed simply because some staff members don't like some players. Can't rate, but support.
I like your idea, but you have to understand if you only let the administration staff handle reports, they will never get done. So by letting supermodsSupermods do it too, it'll get done a hella lot faster.
