Rank Not Recieved

My username is tedbear4ever and I haven't recieved my rank, it has been 45 minutes over the 5 minute limit it told me, the max, I have pictures taken with my phone and I can send them by skype, my skype is juniorthegr81
please help me my parents think I already have it

Please stick to one thread.

Sometimes it takes an hour or two to receive your rank. Sometimes longer.

Be patient.
