Quick Question

Hi. So, I played on this server for a really long time ago and then left. Then I came back and on my island, I couldn't break half of the blocks. Obviously, the server had an update. Now, there is a specific perimeter which you can build inside of. My problem is that the area that I can't break is bothering me because I had things inside of the chests in the area and that it took awhile to build the houses. So, I was wondering if you can somehow shift over the perimeter which I can build inside of a little bit so I can own the buildings I built in the area which right now is restricted. If not, I am perfectly fine with that. Also, a quick side note; I cannot get on Minecraft because it's not working. You can check out my island by doing, /visit tassadarforaiur and go from there. You have to ask an smod to retrieve the items and they can destroy the buildings for you if they want
