Per island how many animals/mobs can you have before your animals/mobs get removed? I am completely aware there is a limit I just don't know what it is
Please let me know if you know what the number is :)

There's a sign that says overbreeding will lead to your animals being removed. It causes server lag.

I would say too many is when you see a noticeable drop in your frame rate, there is no specific limit as in a number

Heh. I used to have a villager spawner on my island, spawned around 200 and I couldn't get rid of it so one day a bunch of mods came to my island to kill them and left a sign, that please don't overbreed or something. I framed that sign with glass, I don't know why, but it seemed special for me.

I don't know the limit, but you don't have to worry about anything within reason.
