Ptime Sync Command

I have discovered via a daylight sensor and piston that server time affects the state of it, not ptime. Therefore, I think it would be useful to have a command that would re-sync a user's ptime with server time easily. For example: "/ptime sync" would set that player's time back to the global server time.

If we wanted to take it one step further, we could have the possibility of easily syncing your time with another player's own time, via a command like "ptime sync [name of player who's time you want to sync to]

If there's already a command for this that I'm unaware of, please let me know. Thanks!
