Why the hell is penguin banned? Demoted, resigned?

idk if this affects anything, but on the last of the appeals penguin was working on, cyp didnt take kindly to the comment penguin made when denying the players appeal..

 

Penguin was always busy with school and stuff so that might be a factor.

 

1 more mod out for the count. What is it? like the 30th resignation in 6 months? I used to have to scroll a lot to get to bottom of staff list. Now, Im at bottom when I click the page.
