I recently created my first skyblock world and am having trouble getting passive mobs to spawn. Originally, the starting biome was warm ocean, so I used /fillbiome to change the area around my grass block to plains biome in order to get pigs, sheep, cow. I am standing ~40 blocks away from my ~6x6 platform of grass during the daytime and have sat for hours with no passive mob spawns. I even lit up my mob spawner in case the hostile mobs were blocking the passive ones from spawning. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
