Assuming the individual above is a female, she needs to understand first that asking for OP is banable. In other words, she needs to understand the rules. Clearly she never read the rules because she wouldn't have asked for OP.

To clarify: Are you saying that the ban will remain unless action is taken by the user who was banned in 3 days? Or will it be changed to a tempban?
I am Amanda Wilkinson, Ploj20 's mum, To clarify,he didn't associate op status as being a staff position as simple as that. He now understands this. He has donated his pocket money to this site as it is his favourite by far and I think it is a good site for it's careful regulation which makes it accessible for younger players. Please accept his apologies for breaking the rules and consider unbanning him.
Have your son post the appeal. Your son is more than capable of handling his own appeal. I appreciate your concern over the ban and the fact that real money was spent. Have him create his own forum account and appeal his ban.
Unbanned him anyways. The appeal does not suffice however the severity of the offense committed does not deserve a permanent ban. Have him read the rules and if he commits another offense, have him submit his own appeal.
