/nick Symbols

1 Question, is it legal to add Symbols like @, #, %, $ to your /nick?

 

Yes as far as I know it is. But don't quote me on that

But in any case, please avoid adding these symbols to your nickname.

Maybe RROD can let us know if its a Glitch. If it is, i wont use it

 

Yeah, it currently exists that those characters are allowed. I don't know if the previous version of the command let them on. But since Minecraft supports them in your nickname, I don't see why not. As long as they're not spammed, of course.

 

Please be mindful of the characters you use and do not use them in a way that could be viewed as negative, derogitory, or abusive in any way, just as with regular nicknames. And please, if you can help it avoid using them.
